Aim:
To explore mechanisms for implementing Computerised Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CCBT) in primary care on a regional basis as part of a stepped care approach to mental health.

Objectives:

  • engage key stakeholders in discussion regarding CCBT;
  • provide an overview of proposals relating to mental health and primary care services;
  • discuss the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) guidance relating to the 'Beating the blues' CCBT programme.
  • explore potential for CCBT in primary care;
  • consider implications for mental health and primary care services.
  • discuss a range of delivery options;
  • consider the next steps and agree the way forward.
