To
provide individuals from diverse backgrounds with a theoretical
underpinning of health promotion, an understanding of how to
use research in the identification of health promotion needs
and to explore the context within which health promotion is
planned and practised through the Diploma
Course in Health Promotion.
Work:
The
Health Promotion Agency continues to work with the Belfast Institute
of Further and Higher Education through representation on their
Course Committee to provide advice on issues related to the
curriculum.
