The HPA and Age Concern Northern Ireland formed a partnership for a three year period from April 1995 to March 1998 to establish action for health under the theme of 'Ageing Well', a national UK project managed by Age Concern, England. This report outlines the action taken, the results, and the next steps in taking forward the initiative.
