This booklet contains the facts about the vaccine against diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough (pertussis) and polio, and the MMR booster given to children before they start school. The booklet outlines the diseases the vaccines protect against and the possible side effects, and explains what to do if your child develops a high temperature after immunisation. It also provides answers to common questions on immunisations and a timetable of routine childhood immunisaitons.
