This training manual was produced to support the Cook it! programme, which was specially developed for use in Northern Ireland. The Cook it! programme can be used with a wide range of groups in the community, eg young/single parents, young people leaving residential care, offenders during rehabilitation programmes, older people in sheltered accommodation etc. The manual includes all the information needed to deliver the Cook it! programme including background information, session outlines, photocopiable resources, and recipes for snacks and meals. The new version has been updated and revised.
